In the late afternoon, athletes from 12 participating regions (Abruzzo, Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont, Apulia, Tuscany, Trentino-Alto Adige, and Veneto) proudly joined the parade, marching under their regional flags. The event culminated with the regional delegations exchanging traditional gifts from their respective territories, reinforcing bonds of camaraderie while gearing up for intense competition in the arena for coveted titles.
The success of the event, in a festive holiday-themed atmosphere designed by host Maria Cecilia Fiorucci, is highlighted by the impressive number of participants, a total of 381 horse-and-rider pairs across various circuits, divided as follows:
- 78 Italian Championship entries
- 144 Avviamento al Reining entries
- 36 Pony Reining entries
- 99 Saggio delle Scuole entries
- 23 Carosello Pony Reining Freestyle entries
Action started this morning, with a packed schedule unfolding across two arenas simultaneously, featuring classes from the Saggio delle Scuole, Pony Reining, and Avviamento al Reining circuits.
