NRHA Euro Futurity &IRHA NRHA Futurity

Dear Participants,

for those who have not already provided, we kindly ask you to notify us of any changes to your registrations by 2 May p.v. We will consider confirmed the registrations for which we will not receive any update / cancellation. In case of non-participation without cancellation within the indicated deadline, you will be charged only for the box at cost. We summarize the necessary requirements already published in detail on the IRHA.it website.

PEOPLE

Fill in the online individual registration form called "FUTURITY COVID-19" and available on the website www.salonedelcavallo.com from 11.30 pm on 09 May 2021.

The following is requested in the above mentioned form:

1. Personal data.
2. Reason for requesting entrance.
3. The declaration of absence of symptoms referable to positivity to the COVID - 19 disease.
4. Vaccination certification and/or negative RAPID COVID test performed 48 hours prior to entry at the event (please note that upon arrival at the fairgrounds it is possible to be rapid COVID tested organized by the organizers with costs paid by individual users).
   N.B.: the certificates issued by the ASL / Analysis Laboratories, or certified rapid swab (Pharmacy, medical office, etc.) must be uploaded and the original must be delivered at the entrance to the event.
5. The specific approval of the attached documents and information.

Upon successful registration, a receipt of the registration will be sent to you via e-mail, and can be shown for any checks by the police.

HORSES

Each owner/rider/responsible for the care of the horse should meticulously follow the following indications:

1. fill in form #1 which must be presented in original at the entrance to the event.
2. Have a negative PRC - EHV test result for each horse (original to be delivered at the entrance to the event) with a date of collection not exceeding 8 days before entering the fair and release date not exceeding 5 days before entrance to the fair. Vaccinated horses will also need to exhibit a negative swab. We remind you that for vaccinated horses it is necessary to communicate before sending the test to the laboratory that the horse has been vaccinated.
3. Carefully fill in the online registration form named “PRIORITY LINE” which can be found on www.salonedelcavallo.com from 08.00 on 01 May 2021.
   This form will require:
   1. Personal data (including tax data if camper / car / van passes are purchased).
   2. The number plate of each vehicle entering the fairgrounds (including transporters).
   3. The total number of horses and related data.
   4. The barn code of origin and the barn code of destination at the end of the event.

Upon successful registration, a receipt of the registration will be sent to you via e-mail, which must be shown when entering at the fair.
